    The footer is missing on the website. I have read ove the oher support issues like this, but cannot find a workable fix. I do not recall any header/footer./php changes and cannot tell from looking over the code since it has been up for quite a while.

    Please help me resolve this issue and get the footers workling again as I have several client websites to handle as well. Login credentials are below.

    Do you have a child theme in use? Is there a header.php ( footer.php ) inside the child theme folder?

    Hi,
    Thanks for the login, the header.php in your child theme doesn’t match the current header.php and is most likely causing the error, as Guenni007 pointed out, please remove this file from your child theme and check again.

    Thank you for the response. Deleting the “header.php” from the child theme breaks the site and makes it dissappear. Instead, I replaced the code in the child’s “header.php” with the main Enfold’s “header.php” and that worked. I can re-add the tracking script with the new code in place.

    All is good now!
