    Hey Cj,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    Login credentials include:

    • The URL to the login screen.
    • A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
    • As well as a password for that username.
    • permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the login details. Could you try deactivating all plugins to see if one of them is causing a conflict please?

    Yes i tried already to deactivate all my plugins but nothing happen the problem is still there.

    Ok, thanks for the feedback. The login details aren’t working anymore it seems, did you remove the account? If so then please add a new one so that we have a look at the backend of your site.
