    I am seeing a few others that have had this issue but not a fix that works for me. I will admit I uploaded the full zipped file first but now have tried several times with fully unzipped files (and made sure that the zipped file was deleted). The WP upload did nothing at all so I am working through ftp.

    Please try to follow Devins tutorial video: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/install-enfold-over-ftp/ – if the theme still doesn’t work please post your wordpress admin and ftp account credentials (as private reply) and we’ll look into it.

    Thank you- after the video I tried just the enfold folder which worked. Do I upload the other ones into it? Seems like the should go somewhere!

    Hi!

    It looks like there may be an issue with the WordPress install. There are a bunch of 404 errors with the tinymce elements not loading in when viewing a page to edit it.

    Try disabling all plugins and then go to the WordPress dashboard>Updates and then Re-install version 3.9.1 of WordPress on top of your installation to try and get those files installed and available on the server.

    You can try to re-upload the wordpress cms files (download the zip here: http://wordpress.org/download/ , extract it and upload the files). If it still doesn’t work you must contact your host because then it’s probably a server configuration issue and you must work with the server administrator to solve the issue.
