I’ve just updated to the newest version of WP and all my sliders + the contact form just disappeared. I attempted to follow your recommendations and upgrade the Enfold theme as well but found it impossible to do so – I still have the 2.4.2 version. I had alot of problems with the theme from the beginning, but was able to solve them until now. Can you, please, help?.

Please update Enfold to the latest version 3.0.4 – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
You are currently using a very old version of the theme.Cheers!

Please try updating the theme via FTP and make sure to overwrite all files. You can find the instructions in my previous post. Updating via FTP should work fine and fix the issues

YigitPlease take a look at my cpanel. The reason why I was not updating the theme was because I always run into problems. Until now, I was able to resolve them temporarily by creating the “enfold1” folder and nesting the “enfold” proper folder within it as a friend advised me. But now I can do noting – please take a look at my cpanel and the dashboard and help. I’ve done all you suggest; however, despite upgrading the theme via FTP without any error messages while downloading, it still does not show in my dashboard as upgraded and the website is not displaying sliders. I included the passwords as private at the bottom of my initial message.
