    Hi,
    I have installed WMPL on my site & translated it into french, I have now noticed that on the english side the products navigation arrow for the ‘NEXT’ product is missing & then on the french side the products navigation arrow for the ‘PREVIOUS’ product is missing. I have added a detailed example in private content for you.

    It seems to be a compatibility problem between the theme functionality for WooCommerce and WPML.

    This is an urgent issue for us if you could help as soon as possible please.

    Hey rossboom22,

    You have multiple instances of the theme installed and the active one is old, please try to delete the ones you are not using and update the activate one to the latest version (3.6.1): http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    Hi Rikard,

    We have upgraded WordPress Core files, Plugins and Theme files to latest version and still the Product Arrow issue exists. Can you please take another look.

    Hi,

    The site is using a very old version of the theme, 2.9.2. Please update to the latest version, 3.6.1. There may be a few issues after the update so you have to configure the theme options again.

    Apologies for the long delay in responding to you. We have downloaded the latest theme again and updated. However we are still having the problem outlined in the original post above.

    Hi,

    We checked the plugins panel and we found out that the Post Types Order plugin is installed. This plugin is incompatible with the avia_post_nav script. Please disable the plugin.
