When people experience problems with the icons, there are two common solutions: adding some code to htaccess, or change link to font.
In the last situation, IE11 isn’t able to find the font when it is stored in http://www.domain.com/font but it links to domain.com/font.
I am 90% sure I have the same problem, but can you explain me:
    1) How can I check/test if this is indeed the case?
    2) How can I solve this?
(I allready have a CNAME record for www in the DNS)

    Hey sberendss!

I checked in IE11 on Windows 10 but didn’t see anything out of the ordinary. Can you take a screenshot highlighting the issue?

    Best regards,
    Elliott

Elliott, thanks for the quick reply. Sent the screenshot as private content. Incl. IE version, from a Windows 10 pc.
On one pc this is the problem. But I run IE11 in Win 10 also on another computer, there I don’t see this issue…

    Hi!

Hmm, that’s weird. Must be something to do with that specific computer. Is comptability view turned off in the browser?

    Regards,
    Elliott

    Elliott,

We did some more testing. It turned out that the icons don’t show in the right way in on this domain, in IE on remote desktop. Other (Enfold) sites work, other browsers (via remote desktop) work and local access via IE (not via remote desktop) also works.
So it’s a very specific problem which I want to ignore.

    Thanks for the support.
