    Hi guys,

    I’m experiencing the missing logo issue. Also, although my theme configurations are still present in the theme options, on the actual site everything has gone back to default settings. I updated to Enfold Version 4.8.7, but the problems still persist. If possible, could someone at Kriesi please take a look?

    Hi,

    Thanks for that. This problem is likely caused by the Email before download plugin, please refer to this: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/site-crashes-breaking/, and this: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-theme-reset/. Could you try rolling back the plugin to version 6.6 to see if that helps please?

    Hi Rikard,

    Thanks for this solution! I deleted “Email before download” as I didn’t really need it. I got my logo back and some of my theme configurations, but I’m not able to restore my footer. I deleted my cache but the issue persists.

    Could you please take a look at my footer issue?

    Hi dmcca,

    To fix the footer issue, you’ll need to update the header.php of your child theme.
    We can do it for you however we’re not sure of the areas that contains the modifications in order to re-apply it.
