Hi Kriesi & Co,
We’re using enfold for http://gocommercenam.com/ and on http://gocommerce.co.za/ but any page that loads images with sliding effects (or even icons) are not being displayed at all.
We’re using FF 29, Win 7, WP 3.9 and Enfold 2.7.1. It seems to work fine on Safari and Chrome…
UPDATE: When using Firebug, the following console error shows up: TypeError: $.AviaTooltip is not a constructor on avia.js (line 29)
Any ideas?

Thank you for using the theme!
Did you update the theme from 2.6.2? I’m sorry but I’m not certain of the issue with the color section. Looks like creating the color section from scratch is a viable option. The website http://gocommerce.co.za/ is working on Firefox as expected. If you can provide us with the login details, we would like to check it. Set it as a private reply.
Cheers!

Can you try first updating your theme to version 2.7.1. You are still showing as 2.6.2 which has had some bugs fixed in the newest versions: http://gocommerce.co.za/wp-content/themes/enfold/style.css

DevinMay 14, 2014 at 10:45 am #264567Hi Devin,
At the moment updating gocommerce.co.za to 2.7.1 is going to be a bit tricky; We’ve got update cycles with a lot of dependancies.
With that being said, if we could use gocommerceNAM.com as a test case, that’d be awesome as it’s showing the same problems, but are already running 2.7.1
May 20, 2014 at 4:37 pm #267369Hi!
Since the admin user you have posed cant do a lot int he backend: mind disabling the plugins you are using one by one to see if there are any conflicts caused by one of them?
If that doesnt help, would you mind posting the ftp credentials to the installation so we can maybe replace the javascript file with a new version and check if that changes anything?
Cheers!
