Hello,
We’ve just setup a new WP installation with nothing but Enfold installed. We imported the Freelancer demo without any error messages but sadly it did not manage to import any images. Media Library is completely empty.
Our settings:
WordPress 5.5
PHP 7.2
PHP additional parameters (per Enfold requirements):php_value max_input_vars 5000 php_value memory_limit 256M php_value max_execution_time 30 php_value max_input_time 60 php_value post_max_size 64M php_value upload_max_filesize 64M
The uploads folder (wp-content/uploads) is empty with CHMOD 0755.
If I missed any crucial information do let me know.

August 28, 2020 at 3:14 am #1241363Hey brokomnet,
The max_execution_time and max_input_time are a bit low I think, maybe setting it to a higher amount like 240 would make it work better.
I have tried to upload the images manually, but as I was uploading the images started to appear.
Please check and let us know if you need further assistance.Best regards,

I took the settings from: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/hosting-requirement/ I changed the settings to 240 but it still does not work.
I can also upload images manually but the demo should come with it’s own images, correct?

Yes, that’s correct. I actually find it weird on your site when I was uploading images manually they just pop-up and you can confirm it because the date is 2017 (I just removed the ones that I uploaded) which means it was already in the uploads folder. Most issues regarding demo images are caused by firewall’s preventing the import of large data.
Best regards,
NikkoSeptember 1, 2020 at 4:35 pm #1242549Since the demo is still missing the images, can you just manually install them on our website? That would be faster than trying to figure out what’s blocking it. Thank you.

Yes, it’s been added to your site, please check.
Best regards,
