Hi there,
Fab theme. Have just put site live and the client is very happy, but just informed me that the social media icons and head icons from the ‘icon boxes’ are not appearing in Internet Explorer.

Thank you for using the theme.
Please download the latest version 2.9.1 from your themeforest account then update the theme via FTP. Please refer to this link for more info: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
I checked the site on IE8 and 9 and the icons are there. Please refer to this link for a possible fix: http://www.fontsquirrel.com/blog/2010/11/troubleshooting-font-face-problems

Okay, nearly there. The update worked :)
So, the hospice (my client) has two domains:
http://www.westonhospicecaregroup.org.uk and http://www.westonhospicecare.org.ukWordpress is setup using http://www.westonhospicecaregroup.org.uk and the font works there, but not on the second domain.
Do you have any idea as to why please?

It looks like in the setup of the two sites you’ve somehow got the icon fonts pointing to the group.org.uk site on the car.org.uk site. So IE doesn’t let the font load from the other domain.
I don’t know the details of how the site was cloned or migrated or if its sharing a database or what but that is the root of the issue.
