    Hello, at https://riseandshinerealty.com/ my icons are missing for the site. There is also a missing hero image behind the upper columns. I updated from 4x to 5.6.2 however, icons are still broken, can you assist?

    We find an error in the console but not yet sure where it is being generated. Did you add any custom scripts in the site?

    Please provide the login details in the private field so that we can check the issue further. Temporarily, try to toggle or disable the Enfold > Performance > File Compression settings.

    Nothing was added that broke this, however plugins were updated, and we were running 4.6 before 5.2 and recently updated, but did not fix the issue.

    Thanks for the update and login details. The login process is asking for a verification code as well. Could you post that in private as well, or turn that functionality off until we have looked at your site please?

    Hi,

    Thanks for that. I’m seeing a JavaScript error on the page, but I’m not sure exactly what is causing it. What happens if you temporarily deactivate all plugins? Also make sure to clear all caches, or disable caching completely.

    Disabled all plugins, one at a time, no change in icon missing, and hero image missing. I disabled the caching plugin first.

    Yes, that’s fine, this is a production site, however, small/quick ‘outages’ are fine.

    Hi,
    Thanks for the login, I found the there was a rouge character in the WordPress ▸ Settings ▸ General ▸ Site Address field cauing a break in the internal theme url, I removed it and now the icons and hero image show.
    Please clear your browser cache and check.
