    Am using most recent version of Enfold.
    -Have tried copying entire theme overwriting everything via FTP.
    -Have tried child theme
    -Have tried adding lines to .htaccess file and functions.php
    -Have tried disabling all plugins

    Nothing seems to work. Right on the home page there are several icons missing and that continues throughout the site.

    They show up fine on my end, attached a screenshot in private content field.

    I tried hard refresh, cleared cache and even tried different computers and devices. THey are all missing a few icons.
    Please look at the “return to top” button. The right “Compliance” button on home page, or the three icons on http://jwconnecttest.com/home-office/
    These are all missing for example.

    That is because you have following code in your custom CSS 

    [data-av_icon]:before {
    content: url(https://jwconnecttest.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/03/chevron.jpg)!important;
    vertical-align: middle;
}

    Please remove it

    Do you know where I can find that to remove it?
    I have looked in custom css in theme options, and all the .css files in ftp but a search for any of that comes up empty

    Hi!

    It is in the style.css file of your child theme on the line 224. I commented it out for you. Please flush cache and review your website
