    I have been using Enfold for quite some time and have created a number of websites, so I am familiar with the Text box formatting.

    While working on a recent website I noticed that all the formatting suddenly disappeared from the text box and only
    Bold, Italic, Lists and Links appear as an option.

    So all other formatting including
    Heading dropdown
    Centering
    Toolbar Toggle
    Shortcode dropdown
    Text paste etc
    is missing.

    I have upgraded the website to the latest version and also the theme has been updated, but that has not made any difference. Also I am using the WP Classic Editor.

    Could you please look into it for me. I am not sure if I could have done something to stop all the formatting from showing. The problem appears on text boxes when I try inserting them into pages and also portfolio items.

    Thanks for contacting us!

    I checked your website and they are visible on my end. I attached a screenshot in private content field.

    You might have disabled Visual Editor in Users > Profile. Could you please check if that is the case?

    Hi Yigit

    Thank you so much for your quick response. That is so odd you can see it.
    I have checked and the Visual Editor is not disabled.
    I have also logged in on a different browser and am getting the same result.
    I have logged in with the same login as what I provided you and still can’t see most of the formatting boxes.

    I have enabled all Screen Options and still the same result.
    And I have also logged into other websites that I created using Enfold and the formatting is there.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. I checked your site and I’m getting the same problem as you are, does it make any difference if you deactivate all plugins?

    Thanks for the tip Rikard.
    I started going through the plugins deactivating them one at a time and it seems “Link Whisper” was the culprit.

    I greatly appreciate your help.
