    Hello,
    I noticed my footer is missing. This was before I recently upgraded to Enfold 4.8.9. (And my theme updates aren’t automatically updating like they use to). What do you suggest I do for the missing footer? I know there’s a past thread on this topic, but my issue occured after the theme update that was mentioned in the thread from a couple months ago.

    Hi Lisa,

    Are you overriding header.php in a child theme maybe? If so, then please try to replace that file with the parent theme file, then add your customisations back in after that. If that is not the problem, then please include admin WordPress login details in private.

    Yes, I’m using a child theme. I understand how to replace the file with the parent theme file (via FTP). But how do I add back customizations to child theme? Thank you,

    Hi,

    We can’t know how you have customised header.php in your child theme unfortunately. If you are not overriding or adding anything to that file, then you can simply remove it from your child theme.
