Hi,
I recently updated the website to the latest update, and the style CSS on a page stopped working as well as I am noticing a few missing dependencies error is there a way to fix this?
Thanks!

Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look?

Are there any updates on your end for this missing dependencies error?
Thanks!

Could you please attach some screenshots of the issue? Can you please tell us hot to reproduce it?

VictoriaJuly 10, 2020 at 12:19 am #1229252Hi Victoria,
I’m not sure how to attach a screenshot, but I have added the explanation in the private content below. I noticed that when I look in the backend the custom CSS class shows “timeline-section invalid-custom-class-found extra-compressed-content no-p-top-margin flex_column_table_space” when it should say “timeline-section 2019 extra-compressed-content no-p-top-margin flex_column_table_space” for an example.
The issue is simply that invalid-custom-class-found appears rather than the specific year like 2019.
Thanks!

July 14, 2020 at 7:10 am #1230180Hi,
Thank you for the update.
Looks like you’re using a custom timeline element, and the year 2020 is not changing because it’s a static text.
<section class="av_textblock_section " itemscope="itemscope" itemtype="https://schema.org/CreativeWork"> <div class="avia_textblock centered-text huge-text light-weight " itemprop="text"> 2020 </div> </section>
Did you create a custom timeline element? You could post a screenshot using imgur or dropbox.

I believe that a previous person who worked on this website created a custom timeline event.
The image in the private content below shows the script that makes the timeline useable. Is there a new script we could replace this one with? Thanks!
July 20, 2020 at 6:29 am #1231622Hi,
Thank you for the inquiry.
You may have to contact the previous developer who created the custom timeline script to correct the issue. Unfortunately,we don’t provide support for third party scripts or for features that are not available in the theme out of the box.
You should consider using the default timeline script from the theme.

IsmaelAugust 27, 2020 at 11:47 pm #1241322Hi,
We currently have an issue with our breadcrumb implementation on our website. Some of our pages have a transparent background, while others have a white background. All pages were created the same. We would like all the pages to have a white background for the breadcrumbs. I have attached two examples.
Thanks,
