Hi together,
after the last update to WP 5.3.2 my sliders and various blocks did not show anymore. So I waitet for the new Enfold update and hoped it would change again to normal. But after the update it is still the same.
See here: https://www.powerpress.chStrange, if I click the “Preview” in Site builder, everything shows correct. What could be the problem?
Thanks for Your help

January 16, 2020 at 2:30 pm #1174986Hi powerpressdh,
Could you please attach some screenshots of the issue?
Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look?
Best regards,
VictoriaJanuary 16, 2020 at 3:32 pm #1175042Hi Victoria,
Screenshots not necessary, just go to my site: http://www.powerpress.ch
You will see it right on the first page.
How is temporary admin access working?
Best regards

DieterJanuary 16, 2020 at 4:28 pm #1175087Hi Dieter,
Can you disable caching and minification for now?
Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

thanks. Caching is disabled. You can login already.
I really appreciate Your help!
Cheers
DieterJanuary 17, 2020 at 6:12 am #1175243Hi Dieter,
I’m seeing error messages related to jQuery files, which seem to be served by your caching plugin. Could you clear any cache from it, disable minification and disable the plugin to see if that makes any difference please?
Best regards,
RikardJanuary 17, 2020 at 8:26 am #1175278Hi Rikard,
Thank You! I deactivated the plugin and all seems to work fine. Then I activated again and the pages were broken again. So I checked the settings of the plugin and set the “JS Combine” button to OFF and it seems working. I also checked it with Caching enabled, same results.
Could You look again for Errors, now the JS Combine button is OFF and site looks ok.
The caching plugin ist not yet updated for the latest WP Version. I still wait for the notification. Maybe this causes problems.
Best regards
