    Hello,

    It seems that since the recent updates the background images I selected in the logo area (after stick header engages), main content, footer and socket images are being blocked? Any insight? URL in PC area. Thanks!

    Hi hylandgraphics,

    Sorry for the late reply. We’ve had problem with that in the latest release unfortunately, please try to install the beta version of the coming version of the theme, it should be fixed in that version. Please see private.

    Thanks! I had my developer hard code the CSS to make it work. I will keep this in my back pocket in case it happens to another client. Any idea why the other threads I posted are not being answered? I had a simple one about mega menu like 4-5 days ago?

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update, as far as I can see all your threads have been answered within a day, please see private. Opening thread about reply times kind of has an adverse effect on reply times though.

    I’m not sure what you mean by It will not let me pack the zip file?. Why do you need to zip it? It’s already a zip file :-)

    When I download the zip file and try to unpack the zip it says there is an error. Or do I load the file directly from the zip? Thanks for your help!

    Hi,

    You should be able to install that file directly, if not the it might be asking you for a password? If so then you can find it in private.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. If you are on OSX then you might have problems opening that file. If that is the case then please include FTP login details in private and we’ll update for you.
