    Hi there,

    I recently downloaded the Enfold 3.2.3 version. Now I have the problem that a part of the visual text editor is missing.
    I can not select h1,h2 etc. tags. In another version of enfold i had two bars in the editor. Now i just see the top bar.
    I have deleted all other plugins and i have the latest version off WP as well.

    Can someone help me out?

    Hey JPVNVRN!

    Perhaps you need to switch to the Visual editor instead of the Text editor?

    Let’s try the following.

    1. Deactivate all plugins.

    2. Completely delete Enfold from your WordPress theme directory before downloading + uploading a fresh copy from themeforest.

    If your still having trouble then send us a WordPress login and we’ll take a look.

    i have followed your instructions and it still doesn’t show all the parts of the editor.

    In the top bar of the visual editor there is a small button. Click on that button and you will see the second toolbar.
