    Hi

    I’m having problem with the minicart, it’s just working strange, not showing the products and the count.

    I disabled all my custom css and plugins but it doesn’t solve it

    Any chances to have a look? access is in private content field

    I’m guessing there is a block for some IP ranges? If so then please let us know what countries are allowed or if you could lift the block until we have had a look at your site.

    Hi,

    Thanks for that. I can get into your clone without any problem, but I’m not sure I understand the problem. The cloned site seems to have no styling at all applying to it?

    Sorry yes you were right, styles were broken. Fixed now.

    Please add a product to the cart. Here’s a product: https://micaldo.es/comprar-caldo-natural/caldo-de-marisco/

    Once you add it to the cart, please check the minicart icon. When hovering it, shall be displaying totals, products and buttons. But it’s just showing an empty blur.

    I already tried disabling all custom css & plugins but didn’t had success.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the clarification, I see the same problem on my end. After adding a product when the page is loading, I see a blank page then what seems to be the remains of open markup:

    I’m not sure where we can look for the problem though, since we can’t access your live site, and the staging site doesn’t seem to work properly? Please try to remove all your code customisations, if any, and disable all plugins to see if that changes anything.
