Hi, I’m having problems with our enfold migration from Bitnami to our testing server. Our IT department has migrated the site, but certain “elements” aren’t transferring over. The testing server content is correct on his browser, but no one else’s. We compared the site code, and they are also different. Any suggestions for why it is not displaying on my PC or any others?
We’ve migrated multiple times, cleared all my cache, checked multiple PCs, and are now we have run out of ideas.
August 5, 2016 at 8:59 pm #669135Hi cpetroff1321!
There is something wrong with the minigration as if things are not the same, the problem is there.
Please try to automate the process, using a plugin like Duplicator for example. We can not do something else with that issue, it is something wrong from the IT department and we can not do much I am afraid.
Thanks a lot
Cheers!
BasilisAugust 9, 2016 at 4:03 pm #670369I used duplicator, and the process worked great from local to staging, However, when I went from staging to production, the theme was causing some problems. The site transferred, however, I cannot login to admin – I just get a blank screen. When I rename the theme, I am able to log in just fine.
August 9, 2016 at 4:26 pm #670386Hi,
That should not have happened if the site was migrated correctly. However there must be some issue with the functions.php please refer to this link https://wordpress.org/support/topic/wp-admin-blank-page
Let us know if you have any questions.
Best regards,

August 9, 2016 at 9:44 pm #670536I did notice after the migration that my Google Maps aren’t working. Any fixes for that?
August 10, 2016 at 4:37 pm #670936Hi,
Please make sure that you are running the latest version of the theme (3.7.1) and that you have generated a Google API key: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-register-a-google-maps-api-key/. If that doesn’t work then please send us a temporary admin login so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.
Thanks,

August 11, 2016 at 8:57 am #671207August 11, 2016 at 5:02 pm #671438Hi, I just tested the site on IE9 and, unfortunately, it looks terrible. Our entire company is still using this browser so I can’t go live as is. The site completely loses the styling on IE9 – the background is a dark gray, placement is off, etc. Any suggestions for how to correct this?
Thanks,
ChristineAugust 11, 2016 at 5:39 pm #671468I just discovered the problem – a conflict with the plugin W3 Total Cache. Once deactivated, the IE9 site looks fine.
