    Hi,

    I’m trying to migrate a site off of my server and onto a server that my customer is paying for. I’ve done this many times before without many issues, but I’m running into problems with, I think, this specific Enfold theme.

    For starters, if I launch the site, there seems to be tons of page content missing on the HOMEPAGE ONLY. The header and footer seem like they’re working just fine, but the rest of the website content is missing. The rest of the site is totally the same.

    Also, when i check out the backend, I get a spinning wheel of death on the Avia Layout Builder. I can’t seem to see what the issues are with the homepage since I can’t any builders for it.

    To make it harder…
    For some bizarre reason, I cannot view the hompeage of the temp site until I launch it. Whenever i try to go to the temp url for the homepage only, i get redirected to the current live URL. For all other pages, the pages work just fine on the temp url.

    Has anyone experienced this issue before? Any advice on troubleshooting?

    Hey,

    Can’t quite use that plugin since I’m using a more managed solution for hosting than this plugin requires. You can check out the process that I perform here: https://getflywheel.com/wordpress-support/can-clone-site/

    I’ve done this with dozens of sites, but this is the only one that’s caused an issue. I have a feeling it has something to do with the enfold theme and the theme’s api key, but I can’t figure it out. can you help from here?

    Hi,
    If I understand correctly, you use getflywheel.com to build sites that you clone to a different getflywheel.com account for your customers? Is the clone process getting all files, plugins, and themes, active and not active?
    Please try switching themes to the WP default before your clone, then move and activate Enfold to see if that works. My thought is that the shadow copy feature in the clone script has an error.
    Too bad you can’t use https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/ as I’ve never had an issue with it.
