    Hello.
    I’m trying to help improve my SEO and therefore make some simple changes.

    I’d like to be able to make changes to the head section of the html document, but cant find anywhere to do so.. for example
    <head>
    <meta name=”description” content=”type_here_your_description”>
    </head>

    Could you advise how to do so please?

    Hey Jamanius!

    I suggest to install a seo plugin like: http://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-seo/ . It enables you to change the description and many other meta tags (og:meta, robots, etc.) for each post/page.
