The ‘Message Sent label’ on my contact forms is not displaying consistently in IE10. I can’t recreate the issue on any other browser although my testing isn’t extensive. What appears to happen is, occasionally, the form disappears before the processing is complete and no message is displayed. In other words, rather than seeing ‘sending’ text on the button, the form disappears almost as soon as the button is pressed and that’s it.
Any ideas how to fix or prevent this? My client uses IE10 so it’s kind of a big deal.

Can you post the link to the website please? i’d try to recreate it on my environment.

JosueEvidently, when the message fails to display the form isn’t processed at all and the email notification is not sent. Still no sign of this occurring on any other browser.
