    I am using an unfamiliar server

    Ive added plug-ins & activated a (child) Enfold theme that I have used one many many sites on my own server setup

    however with this install there seems to be something stopping some of the functions

    when I try to make changes to the theme I get the attached message “Saving didn’t work – Please reload the page and try again”

    Ive never seen this before – any idea what may be causing it?

    Hi smarta-brett,

    Thanks for giving us admin access.
    I tried to change some settings and it seems to work properly, here’s the following changes I made:
    – Logo changed from http to https.
    – Custom background image changed from http to https.
    – I changed the Logo Area font color (and returned it to its original color)
    Can you give us steps you made? so we can try to test it as well.
