Thanks for the screenshots. Just to clarify, the problem is that the menu is overlapping the logo? If so, could you post a link to the site in question so that we can have a closer look please?

Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:

@media only screen and (max-width: 1125px) {
  nav.main_menu {
    display: block !important;
  }
  #avia-menu .menu-item {
    display: none;
  }
  .av-burger-menu-main.menu-item-avia-special {
    display: block;
  }
}
