    Hi
I am running the new 3.0 theme. On mobile devices (iOS/Safari and Android/Chrome) some pictures are missing and the mobile menue does not show up. The behaviour is different on the desktop if I narrow the website window: there the menue shows up. Strangely on Android Firefox the menue and the pictures are there, but the picures are not correctly arranged. I have deactivated the caching plugin, cdn, minify etc. and still the same behaviour – also on devices that have never been on our website before. It is not a 3.0 specific issue, I have had this since 2.9.2 as much as I remember.

    Do you have an idea?
    Thanks and regards
    Thomas

    Hey tbraendle!

There seems to be something else causing a conflict but I can’t tell what it is. There is the same cast_sender.js error repeated 10 times in dev tools but not sure what its coming from or causing it.

When you deactivated your minification tools did you clear the caching as well?

    Best regards,
    Devin

    Dear Devin
Thanks for your quick reaction! I can not see this cast_sender.js error in the console. After deactivation of the minification tool I have cleared the cache. I have even restarted the server to be absolutely sure, the cache is empty. I now have deactivated the minification and chaching tool. Maybe you get another result?

    Best regards

    Dear Devin
One more thing: cast_sender.js has something to do with the youtube videos on the front page. If I take the videos away, the error message dispears.
I think it has nothing to do with the behaviour on mobiles.
    Best regards

    Hi
I have deactivated all plugins and reactivated one after the other. It has turned out, that our chat plugin has killed our mobile experience.
    Thanks for your fantastic support!
