    Hi!,
    when I click in a item of the top menu, there is a line under the link showing the page where I am.

    I prefer change this line effect with background color (or add background color), but the same effect.

    Where Can I change this?

    Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold–>General Styling:

    .current-menu-item a {
background-color:red !important;
}
