Hello, I have simillar problem as described here: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/menu-swapper-and-burger-menu/ I’m using menu swapper plugin and the burger menu is not showing in the mobile version. Everything is ok in the desktop version.
Please could you help me?
December 10, 2019 at 4:21 pm #1164484Hey,
Are you able to choose menu in Enfold theme options > Main Menu > “Alternate Menu for Mobile”? I am not familiar with the plugin but we might figure it out by checking the settings. If you would like us to look into it, please create temporary admin logins and post them here privately :)
Best regards,

December 11, 2019 at 9:44 am #1164757Hi,
Thank you for the update.
The theme dynamically creates the burger/mobile menu based on the current Main Menu. Did you set the menu as the main menu? We couldn’t access the site because of the following prohibitions.

December 12, 2019 at 11:39 am #1165161Hi,
Thank you for the update.
It doesn’t work when the menu is swappable. What’s the difference between the Main Menu and the Main Menu(pre woocom)? They contain the same set of menu items.
Instead of creating a different menu to swap, control the visibility of the main menu items using conditional tags. This plugin will help.

IsmaelDecember 12, 2019 at 12:45 pm #1165185Hello,
the difference is that the second menu contains full link to homepage with anchor while the original one has only the anchor for the scrolling effect. Or is there other way how to achieve it with the plugin?
December 13, 2019 at 9:00 am #1165431Hi,
Thank you for the clarification.
Or is there other way how to achieve it with the plugin?
You can use the plugin that we suggested above to add conditional tags to the menu items. All you need to do is create another version of the menu item in the main menu and add a conditional tag to it. You won’t have to create a different set of menu.
