I was wondering if it is possible to create a menu same as on the page as below.
Please let me know if this can be achieved with Enfold or any other Theme of yours.

It is possible with Enfold but you are going to need to hire a freelance developer on Envato Studio or Codeable for that kind of customization as it is beyond the scope of support we can provide. You can also request quote from WerkPress.
