For example, I have an ABOUT tab. Under that, I have MISSION AND BIO. When you click on ABOUT, I just want the person to see the two options of MISSION and BIO, but not actually have a separate ABOUT page. How do I do this?

I figured this out: Under Appearance, Menus, you make Custom Links to the left. For URL, put in # so it becomes a dummy tab and the Link Text is the name of the Menu tab you want, example ABOUT. Then add to Menu, save menu. Then put submenu pages under the custom link so then the main menu tab doesn’t take you anywhere, you can only scroll onto the submenus, which takes you to their respective pages.
