    Hey I am using your Enfold theme for a long time now, and I love it. I just imported the “Creative Studio” Demo. It Shows the Menu as an Icon and as text, and If I click on the Icon, the Menu doesn’t

    Hey Felix-A,
    Please check that there is a menu assigned to the header menu, it looks that you had a menu already built before downloading the demo.

    Thank you for your quick answer. I resetted all options and used other demos. The Other demos worked fine. Then I resetted again and just used the icon Menu without a demo. The same thing happend again: You can see the Menu as an Icon and as text, but the Icon doesn’t work. I don’t have any idea what to do.

    Hi Felix,

    Thanks for that, though I’m not sure what is going wrong there. I can’t see any error messages on the page. Could you try deactivating the two plugins you have active to see if there is a conflict maybe?

    If that is not the problem, then could you please try to overwrite the theme files with a fresh copy from your Themeforest account via FTP to see if that helps? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    Hi,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
      ( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

    When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
    If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.
