Hello
My menu is responsive except on ipad, how can I do to have the same presentation than ALL the others supports (amazon kindle, google nexus, iPhone, samsung, nokia…)

First off, please try updating the theme to the latest version (4.2) http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
After you have updated, then please check your settings under Enfold->Header.
