    Hi,

    I have this problem only when trying to view my website on a mobile phone, where I have a sub-menu the main-menu page does not open

    Hey Belinda,

    I have checked it on my mobile phone (android) and it works fine.
    What phone are you using and what browser?

    Hi Nikko

    I am using an iPhone and I have checked on a Samsung it does the same thing.

    I hope I make sense I will try explain better
    When you select either the ‘Termites’ or ‘Contact’ page on the menu the page does not open instead the sub-pages/menus appears ‘Termite Activity’ & ‘Service Areas’ and when you select either of these the sub-pages/menus opens

    I am please following up on my issue, I have done some further checks and the problem also appears on the iPad when using the mobile menu.

    Hi topchoicepest,

    Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look?

    It is the way you’ve set up the menu. That those menu items just open the submenu, not follow the link.

    You need to choose this option here for the top level menu items to be links.
