Hello,
permalink not working for Arabic lang , when I change it to be “Post name”, menu links did n’t work and returning to home page but when I set “Default” it works fine , but for english lang it works fine for both settings … any suggestions !?

Sorry for the late reply. It would appear this is a misconfiguration issue with WPML plugin.
Try the WPML Documentation for help: http://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/language-setup/ or post a support requesting configuration help.
Alternatively, please forward us administrative credentials to your site for us to have a closer look.

Arvishthe only way it works fine when I set WPML->Languages ->Language URL format ->Language name added as a parameter choice if other 2 not the website not working well

Please contact the WPML support team and ask them to look into it. I switched to the default theme (TwentyThirteen) and pages/posts which should be translated (i.e. like http://alzeinsoft.com/en/about-us/ ) don’t display a language switcher which indicates that WPML does not recognize them as translated pages. This is also the reason why our theme links to the homepage – we link to the homepage if no translated entry exists of the current post/page. This is nothing we can fix on our end but which seems to be a WPML configuration issue or maybe a plugin bug.
