I use safari on my mobile and google chrome on my mac (where I reduce the size of the screen to the mobile size) – in both versions the menu dissapears by scrolling down.

I’m sorry but I can’t reproduce the issue on mobile. The header is hidden on page load and displays properly once you scroll down. Could you provide a screencast of the issue? I’ll ask the rest of the support team to check it.

Do you mean that the mobile menu icon stays at the top of the page? If so that is the default behaviour, I’m guessing you are looking to have it fixed at the initial position?

I try to explain it better:
On my Iphone, safari browser, at the top of our one pager the menu + logo is shown left and right on the top. When I scroll down, the menu and the logo (the hole header) disappears?! Not on the desktop version, only in the mobile version? To you have an idea why?

It doesn’t disappear, it’s still there when you scroll back up right? So I’m guessing you are looking to have the header fixed on mobile?

thats right, it comes back when I scroll back up – exactly, I would like to have fixed menu on mobile!

Unfortunately it would require quite some time and customization of the theme to achieve this, so I am sorry to tell you that this is not covered by our support. However if its really important for you to get this done, you can always hire a freelancer to do the job for you :)
