    Hey LoveLillys,

I’m not sure what’s going on there, did you make any customisations to the theme? If so, what were they? Please send us admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look.

    Thanks,
    Rikard

Hi Rikard – I was brought in to help recently, so I don’t know the history of any changes. The login info for you is already in the private content in the first message.

    Hey!

You are currently using a very old version of the theme. Please firstly update it to the latest version 3.4.7 – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

You are not using a child theme. If previous developer made changes on theme files, they will be overwritten when you update the theme. We recommend you to create a testing environment and move your existing site there and update the theme and check if it breaks anything, to be on the safe side.

    Regards,
    Yigit

    Hi Ken!

It would be better to just upgrade the theme to the latest version. I understand not wanting to do it as it will take sometime but the mobile menu is not as easily fixed as providing CSS. We will need to test and determine what may be causing it not to appear, maybe it’s a conflict with a plugin or added customization to the site, either way it could take as long as just updating the site.

    Regards,
    Jordan
