Menu Not Displaying Correctly From Desktop to Mobile

I have create a new page on our website and made sure that all of the setting for menus is the same across all pages. I added the new page (Videos) to the Menu items. It displays correctly on the desktop. However, while testing I noticed that the new page is not displaying on the menu when looking at it on a mobile device on all of the pages of the site. It only displays on some of the pages. It’s not on the drop-down on the top-right side of the site and not on the bottom of the page. When looking at the menu from the desktop it is correct on all of the pages. The page in question is Videos. I have checked the settings on all of the pages for displaying the menus and they are identical.

I have gone through all of the settings multiple times and have no clue as to why this is not displaying correctly. Maybe a bug in the Burger Menu? Thank you in advance for your help.
