    How do I change the background color of the menu items from the current red? Is there a theme option for this, or only custom css?

    Hi robphat!

    Please go to Enfold theme options > General Styling and change “Logo Area background color” :)

    Yigit,

    Thanks for the prompt reply, but I am referring to the background color of the menu items themselves. The have are in buttons by default apparently, which is fine, but I want to change the color of those buttons and the color of their text.

    I saw how to change the background color of the whole logo/menu sidebar for that vertical menu setting, but that’s not what I’m referring to.

    Please add following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options under General Styling tab

    .html_header_sidebar #header .av-main-nav-wrap { background-color: orange; }

    Thanks, but that’s actually the opposite of what I was trying to do. That changes the background color of the menu area, but it leaves the menu item buttons red.

    I’m trying to keep the background red, make the menu item buttons white and the menu text red.

    Hey!

    not sure what you mean, because background+menu item should have different colors, although both are the same element. Can you send us a mockup showing the result you want to achieve please? then we can provide you some precise css code.

    I don’t really have time to make a mock up, but I think I like the plain white background with red menu buttons there by default for now. I’ll let you know if I need further help here.
