    Good evening,
I have two issue I don’t know if it’s related to the theme. But maybe you can help me.
The first one is the most important when I try to come to my site after the first page’s loading I’m redirected to an advertising site, if I do it twice then I have access to the site. Where do you think this can come from ? I checked all my plugin and uninstall a couple of them but the issue is still here.
The second problem and I don’t know if it’s related to the first one but I can there is an update of your theme and when I go to your theme setting menu I see the general settings but not the menu bar on the left to go the other ones. Where does it come from ?
Sorry if I’m a bit out of subject but I’m totally lost and doesn’t know where this issue comes from.
    Thank you for your help.

    Hey aboo2a,

I checked the issue on the site. It appears your theme is bugged or hard coded with malicious code and there are a few js conflicts due to which this issue is happening.

Please contact your hosting provider and make sure the site is not hacked.

To resolve the issue you need to backup any theme customisations if you may have added any and update the theme manually – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    Best regards,

Thank you for your fast and clear reply. I’ve been checking with my hosting provider and they told me to check with WordPress. I don’t know where this code comes from, a plugin or an intrusion in my ftp. I change the 2 JS files with mistakes following this site:

Hopefully, it will fix the issue.
I’m going to update the theme manually.
    Thanks again

    Hi!

There seems to either was or is a plugin that is nulled and it creates that issue for you.
I am really sorry, but we can not do much. The issue is not located to where you pointed us.

The best is to get someone for a malware check.
Let us know if that covers what you need.

Thanks a lot for your time and patience

    Regards,
    Basilis
