    fixed header ( with social bar ) height scale down ( down to 85px for ex. )

    I found out the way , put in QCSS:

    .social_header #header_main .container, .social_header .main_menu ul:first-child > li a { height: 90px; line-height: 90px; }
    .fixed_header.social_header #main {
    padding-top: 118px;
    }
