July 2, 2018 at 6:42 am #979946Hi George,
I see that you are running a caching plugin and that you have the theme performance features active as well, that is not a good idea when you are changing things on your site, as you might be getting cached results. Please try to clear the cache from your caching plugin and deactivate all caching features.

July 2, 2018 at 2:14 pm #980087Hello ,
On our site we have a slightly longer submenu line that gets broken in 2 lines , we would like to have it as 1 line.
Further more , we want to change the font style on some of the words in that submenu , like color , size , bold , etc
On our logo , we see it out of focus as we have uploaded a large enough logo in png format
Also slider pic looks zoomed in and whatever we do we see it pixeld .
We have sent login credentials .
Thanks

July 3, 2018 at 3:50 am #980365Hi,
@George
I added this css to your Quick CSS to change your menu:#top #header.header_color.av_header_transparency .av-main-nav > li > a .avia-menu-text { color: #fff !important; } #top .header_color.av_header_transparency .avia-menu-fx { background: #fff !important; } .header_color .header_bg, .header_color .main_menu ul ul, .header_color .main_menu .menu ul li a, .header_color .pointer_arrow_wrap .pointer_arrow, .header_color .avia_mega_div, .header_color .av-subnav-menu > li ul, .header_color .av-subnav-menu a { background-color: #fff !important; color: #000 !important; } .header_color .main_menu .menu ul li a:hover { background-color: #143f3c !important; color: #fff !important; }
I was not sure what you wanted for the sub-menu hover, so I made it green with white text.
Please clear your browser cache and check.Best regards,
MikeJuly 3, 2018 at 11:30 am #980500Hi Mike,
thank you for your help.
The font colour is as I wanted it but the logo area heading is white and I would like it to be #143f3c as in the screenshot link (https://www.dropbox.com/s/k2vvnr47mytlk05/Screenshot%202018-07-03%2010.23.00.png?dl=0) both in full size and shrink.
As you have added this css does this mean that in the future if I wanted to make any similar changes that it has to be done through css again? Why isn’t the General Styling working?
George
July 3, 2018 at 12:19 pm #980519Hi,
It looks like your css was not updating, I enabled the css file merging, and then disabled it again, and it seems to have solved the header color issue. I still recommend using the css to set the sub-menu colors though.Best regards,
MikeJuly 3, 2018 at 2:57 pm #980596Hi Mike,
the heading colour doesn’t appear to be working. Please see screenshot. https://www.dropbox.com/s/kr8yl8ke2k89v6i/Screenshot%202018-07-03%2013.55.55.png?dl=0
It is just transparent with no colour at all.

RikardJuly 5, 2018 at 10:29 pm #981765Hi again,
I’m glad you didn’t close the job down.Everything was as I wanted it until I turned everything on again ie. the cache plugin, the CSS file merging and the javascript file merging.
The logo header has stayed the same but the menu font colour has reverted to default and the menu dropdown hover is all white.
Can you come up with a solution?
George
July 6, 2018 at 3:09 am #981803Hi,
I see your Enfold Theme Options > Performance > JS & CSS file merging and compression is turned on, so a activated your Swift cache plugin and cleared it’s cache, everything seems as it should.
Please try clearing your browser cache and checking again.Best regards,
MikeJuly 6, 2018 at 2:09 pm #982065Hi Mike,
I don’t understand what is going on. I have done as you suggested and cleared browser cache all without success.
The menu font colours remain unchanged as does the hover on the dropdown menu – white font colour on a white background.
July 7, 2018 at 2:37 am #982308Hi,
Do you know if your webhost has any other caching, perhaps with cloudflare or maxcdn that could be cleared?Best regards,
MikeJuly 9, 2018 at 1:47 pm #983099Hi Mike,
I checked with my hosts who said there is no option to clear any caches in their site but strangly when i logged onto my site this morning everything was as it should be but now the mobile dropdown boxes under the burger are all white.
Can you do your magic on this pleas?
George
July 10, 2018 at 3:44 am #983464July 10, 2018 at 9:25 am #983546Hi,
thanks Mike. I can’t find where to change the colours of the mobile dropdown settings. Shouldn’t the mobile version be the same as the desktop etc?Regards,
George
July 10, 2018 at 12:22 pm #983593Hi,
Sorry, my mistake, you meant that the mobile sub-menu should have a white background with black text, right?
The mobile sub-menu are the items with the dash before the text.Best regards,
MikeJuly 11, 2018 at 12:19 am #983906Mike,
I’m so sorry to mess you around with my requirements. I’ll try to explain it.
The main menu font colour needs to be #ffffff with a hover over colour of #ed5b29.
The dropdown menu font colour needs to be #ffffff with a background colour of #143f3c. The hover over font colour changes to #000000 on a #ffffff background. Can you make this possible please?
