Please go to Enfold theme options > Performance and disable CSS file merging and compression, save Enfold theme options and check if that helps. If it does not, please add following code to Quick CSS field in Enfold theme options > General Styling tab

.html_header_top.html_header_sticky #main {
    padding-top: 44px;
}

Please check header height in Enfold theme options > Header as it must be set there. If it is not, please create temporary admin logins and post them here privately so we can look into it :)

Hi,

You are currently not using the latest version of Enfold. I would like to update the theme to make sure we are trying to fix an issue that’s already been fixed. We might need to de-activate certain plugins for testing purposes as well. If you confirm, please have a backup of your site to be on the safe side and let us know :)

Sorry for the very late reply, I see that you are still using v4.5.7, your login token is no longer active so I can’t check that you have created an Envato Token and are able to update the theme via the built-in updater, please try to update this way.
Otherwise, we can help you update via FTP, if you include FTP access in the Private Content area and update the login token and link to your copy of the theme that you download from Theme Forest, just upload to DropBox or similar.
