    Hi there,

    I asked this question last week but we closed the ticket as I managed to find another way to achieve what I was wanting:

    Basically our menu editor is not functioning as it should. When we are in Menus under appearance all we see is a blank screen with page/post/categories dropdowns on the left that dont actually function (see screenshot below). I cant acess any of our menus this way.

    I have created a temporary login. If you could please have a look and let me know what i need to do to fix this that would be great.

    Thank you for the login, I see that you are getting these errors:

    probably from a plugin conflict:
    2018-08-26_202900
    Try disabling your plugins. If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.
    I also see that you are using Enfold v4.2, which did have a few bugs, I would recommend updating to v4.4.1

    Please note that if you update via FTP, you will need to remove the old theme folder “enfold” first then upload the new “enfold” folder at /wp-content/themes/enfold/
    Please don’t try to overwrite the theme folder, as this will leave old files behind and cause errors.

    Hi Mike,

    Thanks for your response. We have tried the plugin method but no luck. The menu editor was working a couple of weeks ago fine but just randomly stopped. Any other ideas as to how we can fix this?

    Hi Victoria,

    It is the menu editor function in the backend of wordpress. Appearance –> Menus.

    We cannot view or edit any menus.
