    Hi,
    I am experiencing an odd issue with the menu edit screen (Appearance > Menus) on my site.

    Although all of the menus are working as they should, I can’t see any menu items on the edit screen. I’ll attach login details to this message so you can see the issue.

    Hey ashloudon!

    Your WordPress Version and Enfold Version are really old.
    Please update everything to the latest and if the issue is still there, please do let us know.

    Hi,

    I’m not sure which parent theme you are using since there is an old version as well as a new one, could you try deleting the old one please?

    Sure. Now removed. Site running WordPress 4.6 and Enfold 3.7.1.

    Hi Ash,

    That’s strange, could you try deactivating all plugins to see if one of them is causing a conflict please?
