    Hi,

    the menu I set up doesn’t Show up on the page.
    What can be the Problem?
    Everytime I set My menu to the enfold menu it will not Show up.
    When I try it again all Settings are lost.

    Can you please help

    Hey!

    1 & 2 – Can you please try to increase the allocated memory to 128M: http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP
    You can contact your service provider and they can do it for you.

    ok it changed the php.ini to 128M

    It is Kind of wierd, because when I Switch Settings to enfold main menu it will apply, but once i refresh all Settings are gone.

    Try increasing this setting:

    php_value suhosin.post.max_vars 8000
php_value suhosin.request.max_vars 8000

    They increased the Settings.
    But it still doesn’t work :-)

    Thank you for using Enfold.

    Please go to wp-content > themes folder. What is the name of the enfold folder?

    so far I had the name oft he Zip-File which was very long.
    I just changed the name of the folder to: Enfold

    thank you for your advice. The menu works now, but the Images in the Portfolio on the Homepage still don’t Show up.

    I have edited your “Folien” portfolio item and added a Featured image ( Beitragsbild ) and it does show up fine. Please do not forget to add featured images to your portfolio items

    Dear Enfold support,

    I am having trouble with the enfold menu. I’ve had the same Problem with another damain as well.
    Every time I try to set the menu as a main menu it won’t apply as soon as I refresh.

    Can you please check that.

    I set up an account for you:
    Domain: http://www.geckosign.de/wp-admin
    User: Test
    PW: test

    I have already added this to the php.ini at my provider

    php_value suhosin.post.max_vars 8000
    php_value suhosin.request.max_vars 8000

    but it still does’t work.

    Can you please check. Please see the screenshot attached.

    Hi!

    Thank you for the info. Please ask your hosting provider for the php info page and if it’s not of any trouble ask them to increase the max_input_vars setting. We would like to check the php settings. Also, you’re not using the latest version of the theme. Please update to version 3.1.

    What is the name of your home page? You set the Frontpage Settings and Blog to the same page, “Startseite2”. Please take some time to review all of the resources in the Theme Documentation. A lot of basic stuff like theme installation, element configuration, options overview, css snippets and whole lot of handy stuff regarding the theme are probably available in there. You can watch video tutorials or get hold of a few hooks and filter functions that may help you modify the theme as you like. You can also search the forum for any related questions or issues.
