Hola, he creado una nueva pestaña en el menu principal basado en la etiquetas de woocommerce.
En un principio funcionaba bien pero al traducir la pagina con WPML solamente fincionan las traducciones y no el idioma principal.June 14, 2016 at 6:03 am #647789Hey andoni34,

I’ve done a menu using pages and tags (for the product page). At first, before translating, it worked fine (WPML), but after translating only the translated languajes work and de primary language (spanish) doesn`t work any more. Only the tags menu fails.

I tried to troubleshoot this issue but the login credentials you provided do not work for me. Would you mind checking once again and then send us working login credentials?
The user role for the account you send us should be set to ‘administrator’ so we can try to disable all plugins and add custom code (if necessary) to resolve the issue.

As I show you in the screenshot that i’m sending the link to the final producto works well (green circle), no problem with that.

thanks for making it clear to us now.
It’s weird, cause page in private content is working fine, but as you mentioned when clicking product tag in your menu the second page is loading instead of the first one, which doesn’t work.
Please update your WordPress version, as well as all your plugins. If this does not help then deactivate all plugins but the ones from WooThemes (WooCommerce) and OnTheGoSystems (WPML), to check which one is causing this issue.
If this doesn’t help then there might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:

your child theme should not get effected by it. However, please try with a clean Enfold installation (so without child theme at first).

There where three fields in the Woocommerce plugin configuration wich had to be filled and they werent… did so and everything worked perfect.
