    I updated WordPress to the lastest version and was supposed to update the Enfold theme as well only that the menu bar on the left of the “Enfold Theme option” page has gone and I cannot update the theme any more.

    Please help!

    Please try updating the theme via FTP – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    Hello Yigit,

    It doesn’t work, and I have already lost parts of the data I inserted. At this point I prefer to reinstall the new version and if need be re-do the website.
    How can I remove the old Enfold theme? it doesn’t allow me to add the new one if I have removed the old.

    Hi Helena!

    You should be able to overwrite existing files via FTP by referring the link i posted in my previous post. If you would like us to update the theme for you, please upload enfold.zip somewhere on your server and tell us where and post FTP access here privately.

    Hi!

    The FTP login is not working for me.

    You can use this plugin, https://wordpress.org/plugins/delete-multiple-themes/, to delete themes from the dashboard. You can then upload themes in Dashboard > Appearance > Themes by clicking on the “Add New” > “Upload Theme” buttons.
