Menu Background Colour

Hi there,

Tried searching the forum, but can’t find exactly what I need and hoping you can help please?

How can I set the background colour of the entire navigation bar (currently there’s white bars either side of it) to be a solid colour?
How can I set the colour of social icons (top right) to be black/dark grey, independently of the colour of the navigation font? (they seem to be linked)
