Menu and social media button issues in IE7

Unfortunately our website is getting a lot of hits and bounces from IE7. The biggest issue is the styling for the mega menu under Shop, in the main navigation, doesn’t seem to recognize any of the styling that all of the other browsers use.

Any ideas on how to resolve this?

I’ve also run into an issue with the social media links in the black bar above the main navigation. In IE7 they’re appearing as grey squares that function as links but without the web font icons. Is replacing them with images and setting the styling to display none for the grey squares the best route to resolve this? The IE11 developer tool returns this error when it’s emulating IE7. I’m not sure if it’s related or not.
