Good morning,
I have a problem with my homepage.
When I scroll the menu bar disappears, and then appears immediately below the photo. I’ll leave you some photos to help you understand better
– Menu can be seen and it’s ok https://prnt.sc/3NlB5zsXTQdx
– Menu disappears, it’s not ok https://prnt.sc/mNuNw9A3O69j
– Menu appears and it’s ok https://prnt.sc/PUHGtRoN2iiU
I would like the menu to always be visible.I deactivated these plugins as you indicated previously, https://prnt.sc/opwmquRyGDz0
can I also insert a css to improve this problem? Thanks,
MariaritaSeptember 25, 2024 at 7:05 am #1467781Hey Mariarita,
Thank you for the inquiry.
The header disappears on scroll because of this css code which puts the first color section above the header.
.avia-section.av-dbfgfq-dd62c8cfe0da5cdb4e4a6575d399ef7e { z-index: 990; }
Did you add this css code or did you adjust the Advanced > Position > Z-Index settings of the color section element?
Best regards,
IsmaelSeptember 25, 2024 at 9:41 am #1467790I can’t find what you indicate in the message.
I’ll try to explain myself better, I want the header to always be at the top, blocked.
The problem is that as soon as I open the site it’s the way I want it, the moment I start scrolling it disappears and then reappears immediately after the testimonial photo. As already said at the beginning, I want the header to remain at the top of the site even if you scroll down.
I attach some photos of what I have set up internally:

MariaritaSeptember 26, 2024 at 6:06 am #1467845Hi,
Thank you for the update.
Please try to edit the first color section with the background image then set the Advanced > Position > Z-Index to 0 (zero) or 1. Make sure to purge the cache or disable the file compression afterwards. Let us know the result.
Best regards,
IsmaelSeptember 26, 2024 at 4:07 pm #1467883Hi, unfortunately I don’t understand what you are telling me to do. My problem didn’t come from the color, but from the fact that the menu doesn’t stay still at the top. Also I can’t find what it tells me: Advanced > Position > Z-Index to 0 (zero) or 1.
September 27, 2024 at 1:45 am #1467906Hi,
Please edit the home page, look for the first Color Section element, go to the Advanced > Position toggle, then adjust the value of the Z-index option. Or provide the login details in the private field so that we can edit the settings.

IsmaelSeptember 27, 2024 at 9:19 am #1467920Hi,
thank you for being patient with me.
I followed the steps you requested, but I did not find any resolution of the problem (*see photo 1).
I had a similar problem before and your colleague had me insert this CSS after disabling the SiteGround plugin (*see photo 2).Can you help me solve the problem, because if I don’t scroll through the home page I can’t even view the submenu items.
