    Good morning,

    I have a problem with my homepage.
    When I scroll the menu bar disappears, and then appears immediately below the photo. I’ll leave you some photos to help you understand better
    – Menu can be seen and it’s ok https://prnt.sc/3NlB5zsXTQdx
    – Menu disappears, it’s not ok https://prnt.sc/mNuNw9A3O69j
    – Menu appears and it’s ok https://prnt.sc/PUHGtRoN2iiU
    I would like the menu to always be visible.

    I deactivated these plugins as you indicated previously, https://prnt.sc/opwmquRyGDz0
    can I also insert a css to improve this problem?

    Thanks,
    Mariarita

    Hey Mariarita,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    The header disappears on scroll because of this css code which puts the first color section above the header.

    .avia-section.av-dbfgfq-dd62c8cfe0da5cdb4e4a6575d399ef7e {
        z-index: 990;
    }

    Did you add this css code or did you adjust the Advanced > Position > Z-Index settings of the color section element?

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    I can’t find what you indicate in the message.
    I’ll try to explain myself better, I want the header to always be at the top, blocked.
    The problem is that as soon as I open the site it’s the way I want it, the moment I start scrolling it disappears and then reappears immediately after the testimonial photo.

    As already said at the beginning, I want the header to remain at the top of the site even if you scroll down.

    I attach some photos of what I have set up internally:

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update.

    Please try to edit the first color section with the background image then set the Advanced > Position > Z-Index to 0 (zero) or 1. Make sure to purge the cache or disable the file compression afterwards. Let us know the result.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Hi, unfortunately I don’t understand what you are telling me to do. My problem didn’t come from the color, but from the fact that the menu doesn’t stay still at the top. Also I can’t find what it tells me: Advanced > Position > Z-Index to 0 (zero) or 1.

    Hi,

    Please edit the home page, look for the first Color Section element, go to the Advanced > Position toggle, then adjust the value of the Z-index option. Or provide the login details in the private field so that we can edit the settings.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Hi,

    thank you for being patient with me.
    I followed the steps you requested, but I did not find any resolution of the problem (*see photo 1).
    I had a similar problem before and your colleague had me insert this CSS after disabling the SiteGround plugin (*see photo 2).

    Can you help me solve the problem, because if I don’t scroll through the home page I can’t even view the submenu items.

    Hi,
    Try removing this css:

    @media only screen and (min-width: 990px) {
        .avia-section.av-dbfgfq-87a851ab71f92f142a9b4e37e3cf4aa1 {
            z-index: 990;
        }
    }

    the clear your browser cache

    Best regards,
    Mike

    Hi,

    unfortunately I can’t find the css you can point me to.
    I’ll send you some photos:

    1. CSS inserted in general style https://prnt.sc/nnXLuGje2s27
    2. CSS inserted in the customize item https://prnt.sc/nVP_DXPFkMBH

    Thanks,
    Mariarita

    This is an inline css – so it is set on the element itself.
    Open that color-section – click the advanced tab:

    and see all screewidth options too – if there are values entered. ( just delete all values there) – do not forget to save those settings. And save your page.

    Great! Glad to know that the issue has been resolved. Please feel free to open another thread if you have more questions about the theme.

    Have a nice day.
